Data Deletion

You can delete your account and data at any time. Here's how it works.
1. How to delete your account
In the app (quickest)
- Go to your Profile
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Tap Confirm Deletion
By email
Send an email to contact@rewaya.info with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email on your account. We'll handle it within 48 hours.
2. What happens to your data

| Messages | Your name becomes "Deleted User" |
| Order history | Your name becomes "Deleted User" (kept for seller records) |
We anonymize orders and messages instead of fully deleting them because sellers need those records for accounting and taxes.
3. When it happens
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once you confirm, there's no undo.
4. Before you delete
- Finish or cancel any active orders first — deleting mid-transaction can cause issues with delivery or payouts
- If you're a seller with money owed, make sure your payout info is current — pending payouts will still process
- This is permanent — if you want to use Rewaya again, you'll need a new account
5. Confirmation
You'll get an email confirming your data has been deleted.
