Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please look at photos, descriptions, and condition carefully before buying. Refunds are only given in the situations below.
1. When we give refunds
Item never arrived
If tracking doesn't show delivery, you get a full refund. The seller is responsible for the package until it arrives.
Item is significantly different from the listing
If what you received is clearly not what was described — major undisclosed damage, wrong size or color, different material than listed, or obviously a different item. Minor color differences from screens or wear consistent with the listed condition don't count.
Wrong item sent
You ordered one thing and received something completely different. Full refund.
Order auto-cancelled
If the seller doesn't ship within their timeframe + 3 days, the order cancels automatically and you're refunded.
2. When we don't give refunds
- You changed your mind
- It doesn't fit (check measurements before buying)
- Slight color variation between photos and real life
- Wear that matches the condition the seller described
- You didn't read the full listing
- You gave the wrong shipping address
3. How to file a dispute
- Message the seller first. A lot of issues get worked out directly.
- File a dispute within 7 days of delivery through the order screen in the app.
- Include photos showing the problem.
- We'll review everything — the listing, your photos, tracking, messages — and make a decision within 3-5 business days.
After 7 days, the sale is final. No exceptions.
4. How refunds work
Money goes back to whatever you paid with:

These timelines are up to your bank, not us.
5. For sellers
If a dispute goes against you (wrong item, not as described), the refund comes out of your pending or future payouts.
