Welcome to Rewaya. By using the Rewaya app or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. What Rewaya is

Rewaya is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling cultural and ethnic clothing — sarees, abayas, lehengas, bridal wear, traditional garments from cultures around the world. We provide the platform, but we're not a party to any sale between buyers and sellers.

2. Who can use Rewaya

You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you're confirming that you're 18 or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

3. Your account

You need an account to buy or sell on Rewaya. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, everything that happens under your account, and letting us know right away if someone accesses your account without your permission.

We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Buying

When you buy something on Rewaya:

• All sales are final, with exceptions in our Refund Policy
• Look at descriptions, photos, and condition before you buy
• Provide a correct shipping address
• Message the seller through the app if you have questions before purchasing
• Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photos

5. Selling

When you list something for sale:

• Describe items accurately, including condition and any flaws
• Ship within the timeframe you choose when listing
• Provide tracking on every order
• Follow the Seller Agreement
• Don't list prohibited items (see below)

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms. See our Payment Terms for details on methods, payouts, and fees.

7. Our content

The Rewaya name, logo, and design are ours. Don't reproduce or use them without permission.

You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, descriptions), but you give us permission to display it in the app to make things work.

8. What's not allowed

• Counterfeit or replica items
• Stolen goods
• Non-clothing items
• Offensive material
• Harassing other users
• Making extra accounts to dodge suspensions
• Taking transactions off Rewaya to skip protections

We can remove listings and suspend accounts for any of these.

9. Liability

Rewaya is a platform. We don't guarantee the quality or legality of items listed. We're not liable for damages from transactions between users, and our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Disputes between users

Try to work it out with the other person through in-app messages first. If that doesn't work, file a dispute within 7 days of delivery. We'll review the evidence and make a call. Our decision is final.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account anytime in settings. If we close your account for a violation, your profile, listings, favorites, and messages get deleted. Orders are anonymized. Pending payouts may be delayed until open transactions are settled. See Data Deletion for details.

12. Changes

We might update these terms. If we make big changes we'll let you know through the app or email. Continued use means you accept the updates.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by US law.
