We use your information to run the app, process transactions, send you order updates, let buyers and sellers communicate, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, resolve disputes, and improve the product. We also need it to comply with legal obligations.

We use HTTPS everywhere, Firebase handles authentication securely, and Stripe is PCI-compliant for payments. We never store your full card number. That said, nothing on the internet is 100% secure.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, listings, and favorites immediately. Order history gets anonymized (your name becomes "Deleted User") but is kept for seller records.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, or get a portable copy. You can do most of this in the app, or email us at contact@rewaya.info. See our Data Deletion page for account deletion.

7. Children

Rewaya is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has created an account, let us know.

8. Third-party links

The app has links to carrier tracking sites and other external pages. We're not responsible for their privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email.
