Seller Agreement

Thanks for selling on Rewaya. By listing items, you agree to these terms on top of our Terms of Service.
1. Listing your items
When you create a listing:
- Be honest about condition, size, material, and any flaws
- Use clear photos that show what the item actually looks like
- Set a price in USD
- Pick the right cultural category and tags
- Choose a shipping timeframe — 1-2 days, 3-5 days, or 1-2 weeks
- Only list things you actually own
2. What you can't sell
- Counterfeit or replica designer items
- Stolen goods
- Things that aren't clothing or clothing accessories
- Offensive material
- Anything illegal
3. Shipping
Tracking is required on every order. No exceptions. If you don't provide tracking, you won't get paid.
When someone buys your item:
- Ship it within the timeframe you chose
- Package it properly so it doesn't get damaged
- Enter the tracking number and carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Other) in the app
- You're responsible for shipping costs
If you don't ship on time
If you don't ship and provide tracking within your stated timeframe + 3 extra days, the order gets auto-cancelled and the buyer gets a full refund. That counts as a strike.
4. Late shipping consequences

5. Getting paid
Payments go through Stripe. Here's the timeline:
- Buyer pays at checkout — money is held by Stripe
- You ship and add tracking
- Payout releases 3 days after tracking is provided
- For your first 3 sales, payout is held until delivery is confirmed or 10 days pass
You'll need to set up a Stripe payout method before your first sale. The app walks you through it.
6. Disputes and returns
Sales are final, but buyers can dispute within 7 days of delivery if the item wasn't received, was significantly different from the listing, or was the wrong item entirely. If we side with the buyer, the refund comes from your payout. More details in our Refund Policy.
7. Lost packages
The package is your responsibility until it's delivered. If it gets lost, you need to file a claim with the carrier. If tracking doesn't show delivery and the buyer disputes, you'll need to refund or replace. We recommend insurance for expensive items.
8. Fees
Rewaya may charge a platform fee per transaction. You'll see the fee before confirming a listing. Stripe's processing fees also apply.
9. Staying in good standing
Ship on time, describe items honestly, and respond to buyers. Good standing means normal payout timing and full access to all features.
10. Stopping
You can stop selling anytime by removing your listings. If we suspend your account, outstanding payouts for completed orders will still be processed.
